Returns

We will accept furniture returns for any reason under the following conditions:

1. Your order is returned to us in new condition within 30 days of delivery, with no evidence of use or damage. Erik Organic reserves the right to reject returns of merchandise that shows signs of customer use or damage. You must ship the piece back to the address specified by us (you must contact us and ask for the proper return address).
2. Upon receipt in good condition, a 25% restocking fee plus any shipping charges will be assessed. The rest of your money will be refunded promptly.
