Shipping costs on bookshelves are relatively high, when compared to the price of the furnture piece. Because of this, our customers typically order bookshelves along with larger furniture items.
Each bookshelf is made the old-fashioned way with attention to detail at every step. The drawers glide open along igh quality steel roller slides. These are beautiful heirloom quality dressers that you will be able to pass down to your grandchildren.

Hardwood: Wood choice affects the appearance, durability and cost of our bookshelves. See our hardwood sample section for details on available hardwoods.
For the cost conscious, oak or soft maple is the preferred option. Oak is very versatile and can be stained a number of different colors.
For added durability, we recommend hard maple and hickory. Both are exceptionally strong and durable woods.
For a truly beautiful file cabinet, we recommend cherry and walnut. They are gorgeous hardwoods, and a walnut or cherry bookshelf is a wonderful way to show off its complex grain and color.
Size: We offer several standard sizes of bookshelf, all of our bookshelves are 14" deep.
Custom sized bookshelves are also available, and can be created to nearly any size with your preferred layout of doors, glass and open areas. Please contact us for a price quote.
Wood Finish: Select the finish to match your choice of hardwood. You can learn more about the qualities of these finishes in our hardwood sample pages.
Style: We can create a bookshelf in a number of different styles, matching any of our existing custom desks or other furniture pieces.
