Our pub tables are custom-made to order. They are designed to seat 4 people around a circular table, and are perfect for everyday use in the family room or kitchen.

They are created from solid hardwood by a craftsman with over 25 years of tablemaking experience. This assures quality you will be able to pass down to your grandchildren.

Pub Kitchen Tables

For small kitchens whose owners want the kind of casual feel and comfortable, welcoming atmosphere many of us remember from our local bistro or pub, nothing is more appropriate than a pub table.

Erik Organic offers a wealth of pub tables, from the Mission-styled Vail Pub Table in rustic oak that shows all of oaks' remarkable grain, to the Montrose Pub Table with its wasp-waisted profile and elegantly simple Shaker tradition.

In light woods or dark, as stylishly plain as the Barcelona Pub Table or as ornate as the Lotus Pub Table with its turned pedestal base and "budding lotus" feet, the range of possibilities will meet every taste and provide even the smallest kitchen with an intimate dining point perfectly suited to those couples starting out or the empty-nesters downsizing.

One of the most interesting examples of the genre is the Erik Organic's Turin Pub Table, a plinth-type pillar on a base whose apron or table skirting echoes the dentil moldings first popularized on temples in Persia (what is now the Middle East).

The stylized rectangles, meant to represent the ends of rafters, then moved to Greek and Roman buildings, and eventually found a revival not only in buildings but in the furniture of the Jacobean era and, later, Victorian and Colonial styles.

Our personal favorite is the Craftsman Pub Table, in durable, timeless golden oak, with its gently curved legs and crosshatched stretchers. Personifying the adage that form should always follow function, the Craftsman style is a prime example of American's tendency to demand the useful over the purely ornamental.
